Here I've been designing digital products and improved other designers.

• Designing interfaces for different internal projects of the bank

• With product managers, developers and analysts I participated in designing an online venture hub with over 2000 active users (startups, corporates and investors). I was responsible for designing user flows, mockups, a UI-kit, prototyping, and conducting user interviews

• Launched the design review process on this project

• Participated in hiring other designers

• Conducted different researches in collaboration with UX-researchers and UX-writers

• Created design challenges activity to improve my colleagues’ professional level

Here I was leading a design team of 6 people. I was responsible for the bank website design and improving my design team.

• Led the web direction

• Designed UI-kit (controls, typography, breakpoints, etc.)

• Designed inner pages and promo pages for services and goods

• Distributed tasks between designers, controlled the quality of their work, provided them with exceptional communication and support

Here I prototyped and designed some websites with focus on mobile devices, pixel-perfect and micro interactions.

• Focused on design of inner pages of corporate websites, mobile adaptive of desktop pages and interface animations

• Worked with photo and video content. For example, we often use video as a background on sites
